- Fringe 12" piece of 3/8" wide Gold Quilling Paper
- Fringe 12" piece of 3/8" wide Rust Quilling Paper
- Glue Gold and Rust fringed paper together making a 24" strip
- Starting with Gold end, roll the fringed strip into a tight circle and glue closed
- Make 8 - 6" marquise from 1/8" Gold Quilling Paper (using design board ensures uniform size)
- Make 8 - 3" marquise from 1/8" Bright Yellow Quilling Paper (using design board ensures uniform size)
- Pin Fringed Center onto Workboard
- Glue and Pin 4 Gold marquise to Fringed Center at points North, South, East and West
- Glue and Pin remaining 4 Gold marquise at NorthEast, SouthEast, SouthWest and NorthWest
- Using small tweasers, glue the 8 Bright Yellow marquise to center by gently sliding them between the Gold marquise
- Using thumbs, gently flare out the fringed center
- Add Green Stems and Leaves
